Alndyke Farm

Alndyke Farm Cottages offer comfortable and stylish accommodation in the heart of Northumberland. The beautiful coast is only 3 miles away and the historic town of Alnwick famous for its Castle, Garden and Treehouse is only 1 mile away. We have a total of three cottages : Holly cottage sleeps 2. Baytree cottage and Appletree cottage both sleep upto 6. They can be booked collectively for larger gatherings.

All 3 cottages boast beautiful inglenook fireplaces in the sitting rooms. Use the dining areas for family meals prepared in the amply equipped kitchens. The bedrooms are immaculately presented and served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over. Each cottage has its own patio and seating area. In addition 2 have enclosed gardens. There is ample private off-road parking at all the cottages. Alndyke Farm has been in the Davison family for four generations.

It is a working farm producing cereals and livestock, these can be seen in the fields surrounding the cottages. The Aln Valley heritage steam railway runs through Alndyke farmland so enthusiasts can view the steam trains when they run. There are a plethora of beautiful walks and cycle paths from the coast to the castles on the doorstep. The river Aln flows through the farm and provides peaceful nature walks along its banks.
