Gather together in one of the courtyards and dine alfresco in the summer months, the nearby market town of Llangefni offering all the essential shops you could need to pick up some fresh produce, as well as a selection of bars and shops where you can celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones. Explore the Nant Y Pandy Nature Reserve while you're in the town, resting along the River Cefni, it makes a lovely spot for a scenic picnic with 25 acres of wooded valley to explore with plenty of wildlife and history to uncover along the way. There are so many opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing and watersports on the island, with the beaches of Benllech and Red Wharf Bay being in easy reach of the cottages where you can try your hand at sailing, surfing, kayaking or coasteering along the 125 miles of coastline on the island, or join the The Anglesey Coastal Path for spectacular scenery of the activity below, where you can explore the highest point of the island at Holyhead Mountain to the South Stack lighthouse and sea cliffs and much more.
